I live at the Reserve at Mandarin in Jacksonville. It has been one of the worst experiences in apartments I ever had. Management doesn't care and in fact after 6 months here I don't believe the manager Julie Doll is even a real person. Every maintenance issue has been a nightmare with staff taking zero responsibility. I placed a call to Robbins to discuss the situation we are STUCK in and they never called back. now I see where the staff at reserve get their customer skills from. The renovations are simply updates that should have been done years ago. They're idea of cleaning our disgusting entryway was using a leaf blower and the pouring bleach w/out rinsing it away. They always seem to have an excuse for everything. There are too many other places to live in Jacksonville that do not require so much patience and work. I imagine most of their properties are managed in similar fashion. I wouldn't waste my time.
