It took a little time for the staff person I was working with to understand the problem I was having with my MacBook Pro screen. Initially, I thought that perhaps they didn't believe me. In the end, the laptop was booked in and a new screen fitted under warranty. I was even able to get a MacBook Air on loan so I could continue working while my laptop was being repaired. Five stars for that!
