Absolute worst experience I have ever had with a mortgage company, and as a Realtor that's saying something I think. The way that their so-called customer service call center is organized, no one has direct numbers, so every time you call you literally start over from the beginning with a new person. None of the call center associates seem to be trained in anything past the point of pulling up the information on their computer and regurgitating it to you, and maybe updating the file if you're lucky. They pass the buck and promise phone calls back from supervisors or other departments that in my experience never come. I have been attempting to get a short sale approved for a client in a really tough situation for more than 4 months, and absolutely no resolution in sight. I'm shocked that this company is able to stay in business at all.
