We have been customers of Kia West Edmonton since October 2010. In that time, we purchased three Kia Sorrentos. Each time the service has improved. Initially we were looking to downsize but after test driving the options we were interested in we decided that another Sorrento was the way to go. They have really improved the Sorrentos over the years and we would highly recommend purchasing one if you are in the market and go to this dealership. The staff are great to deal with and the owner is awesome. Our salesperson, Jack Little was very respectful and not pushy at all. He was patient and thorough with going over all the vehicles we test drove. Jack wanted to make sure we would be happy with our purchase. The staff in finance, Tarah, Brandon and Edgar were all terrific to deal with as well. Brandon especially went above and beyond for us to make sure the deal was within our budget, and that we were happy. The atmosphere was pleasant and not stuffy. It was nice to see the staff have fun with each other and it looks like they really enjoy working there. Being long-time customers, we have dealt with the service department and must say this department has significantly improved over the years. The staff are wonderful to deal with and treat you with the utmost respect. Highly recommend checking this dealership out for your vehicle and service needs. Remember they are a business and they need to make money to survive but they really work with you to get the best deal for you as well.
