Midlands did an outstanding job selling our rental property house. Midlands transitioned seamlessly from managing it as a rental property (for almost 10 years), getting it ready for market, recommending an attractive price, marketing, then selling it in record time. Here s the timeline: last day as a rental June 30th, coordinating and ensuring extensive contractor work (new carpet, paint, kitchen flooring, countertops, etc) done by mid July, and putting it on the market on July 22nd. Better yet, we received an offer on July 19th (before it went on the market) and closed by early August. Suffice it to say, I was extremely happy with the sale, and even more impressed with how smooth everything went. Kudos to K.C. (our realtor), Dave/JoAnne (our property managers), and the Midlands team!
