Too bad it's so "far" from the classic tours because it really deserves a visit: historic brewery housed in the only windmill in Amsterdam.

Many beers of their production. I definitely recommend the 5 tastings.
The culinary proposal is scarce but people go there just to drink.

Attention: it opens after lunch and closes early in the evening.
