VA service has always been quick, efficient, and thorough in my experience. Pharmacy usually has a long line so I have my scripts mailed. Seeing a specialist has taken me a month to get in typically. Parking blows at the hospital but they're fixing that. After having private insurance, I see little difference. Happy with the VA in SD.
