This is five stars because I can't give six, this is specifically for Robin Sekhon and Zack Cole as I dealt with them directly for the sale, but also for the rest of the staff in the sales department.

Previous experiences at other dealerships have been lacking, to say the least. To say more, they sort of left an oily film I could feel on my skin and which took no small amount of scrubbing to get off.

You know how you knew when you were a kid when people were lying? Heyyyy, big faker, you're lyyying...like that, the whiff of sleaze and the sure sense of being taken for a fool, the psych trip, subtle manipulation, all of it.

None of that at this place. Every single question was answered, important ones I forgot to ask were answered proactively, and never did I get the slightest sense that there were hidden motives, facts, or costs.

The deal was structured for a buyout of an ending lease, and there were complications, and they could easily have reneged on what they agreed to and cited a grey area - nope, they held up their end. Says a lot when someone doesn't necessarily have to hold up their end of a bargain entirely, and yet still does.

I couldn't be happier with the service I received, would recommend them to anyone, and will be back for my next vehicle.
