No air con!! Only fan, and you can open your window..

No bellboy. Need to bring all your luggage by yourself.
Need to pay some hidden fee (15MYR if you want to get 2 rooms on the same floor.. ).
Check in by your self. They will charge you extra if you use the check in counter.

Room quite small..
Not recommended for family trip.

Pillow was smelly.. i dont think they change the pillow cover after the previous customer checked out...
