I ve been to many different dealerships and by far Richards Honda has the best customer service I ve ever seen. In particular, I worked with a young guy named Reuben OJ Turner. He answered all of my questions about different vehicles to the T. As a business man, I take pride in assuring that my customer is satisfied to their expectations and beyond. It would be dishonest of me to say that Mr. Turner didn t do the same for me.
