I love my new Pella door and I had such a great experience with Pella. Initially, I went to the store on Bayview Avenue where I was greeted by smiling and eager to please Wally who gave me an appointment. The sales consultant who came to my home, John Alexander, basically picked the door for me and it s a match made in heaven. This elegant door blends harmoniously well with my house and enhances its look from the outside as well as the inside. And I have so much more natural light in the house. Thanks John! You did great!

I also want to thank the installers, Paul Rouzes and his nephew, who were both very pleasant and professional. They did an excellent job and left everything clean behind them.

The door is beautifully crafted, chic yet sturdy. It exudes quality and excellent workmanship.

I feel fantastic about my purchase and my experience, and most of all I LOVE my new door!
