I ordered some parts on Monday and was told they will be available on Wednesday, and I will receive a call when they were in. Wednesday has come and gone, no word and no update even though I told them I planned to leave the state on Wednesday evening. Luckily I didn't leave as planned and when I called today (Thursday) I was told that the parts weren't in yet and would be in tomorrow (Friday), which has thrown all my plans into a spin as I have a lot of running around to do which will make it difficult for me to collect the parts.

As they have reneged on their original commitment I request that the parts be delivered to my residence when they come in tomorrow and I am promised a call back as the person on the phone cannot give that undertaking, he has to speak to his manager who is out to lunch at the moment. Five hours later the manager must still be at lunch as I have not received a call back and am pretty sure I won't.
