The Bronx Zoo is a gem in the Bronx. You don't see animals in cages, you feel like you're in their habitat. Peacocks roam the grounds of the zoo and get pretty close to you! I love bringing my kids to the the Children's Zoo, as they can see animals like peacocks, chickens, sheep, goats up close and feed them. There are many fun interactive exhibits in the Children's section. Just go! You won't be sorry! Don't miss the gorilla exhibit. They carry their babies and come right up to the glass to see you!
