Came in for a specific pre-owned 2014 Sienna that was advertised online. I left with the same Sienna. The salesman, Terard, was very relaxed and easy to work with. The overall experience was pleasant. Only suggestion is to expedite the buying process and paperwork so we don t have to wait so long. I don t purchase cars very often but taking 3.5 hours to buy a vehicle seems too long.
