The worst of worst! Take heed from all the comments because they are true! I too had to clean my apartment upon move in (never sign the lease at the office until you see they've cleaned it before you move in)...didn't have a mailbox or bell system.

I was without a working stove for an entire month because they never replaced it, I had to purchase another myself and I took it out my rent! They had the nerve to tell me I couldn't do that, but I know my tenant rights!

So unorganized too! I've been a suffering tenant for the past 5 months, not once have I received a rent receipt!

Take our advice and not put yourself through the agony. I wish I was warned!
