It was a long day for Chris Feddern and his Assistant, but they hung in there and got the job done for us. Our system is running smooth and cooling our home with ease and comfort. We especially are pleased with how much more comfortable our bonus room above our garage is now. Chris Feddern is a fantastic representative of your company! He is very professional and knows what he is doing inside and out! Great customer service skills! If I were in upper management at CoolRay I would find a way to promote Chris and give him a big raise. You need to keep this guy around!! Excellent service and he kept us informed the whole time during the installation. I highly recommend CoolRay and especially Chris Feddern !!!
