Ive bought a handful of things from them during the last few months and was impressed by their customer service, but Helen O. took it to a whole new level today. I bought a used lens from their site, but had some questions about the actual order because my need for it was incredibly time-sensitive. I e-mailed customer service at an ungodly time of night/morning, since I am on the West Coast. To my surprise, Helen answered quickly and went out of her way to address every single question I had and sweeten the deal for me on my already purchased lens. I have absolutely no complaints about my experiences so far and will do business with them again in the future. Keep up the good work over there!
