Christopher Atkinson Review of The Hammered Lamb

So I came to this place after getting invited to this place on Facebook to an Orlando Pride watch party for their playoff game. It was great. There was a big truck parked outside, a photo booth, and merch for sale. The whole place was popping.
So we get there and it's packed. For a while it was standing room for us, until some non-soccer watchers left and we swiped their table. We swiped the table and drank. The server that was watching over us was very attentive. I was actually surprised with how attentive given the crowd in the building at the moment.
But then we got hungry, so we ordered something, and then we ordered another something. We started off with the Swamp Dip (Buffalo chicken and cream cheese dip made with Swamp Ale IPE. Topped with mozzarella and tomato-onion confetti. Served with baguette crostinis). This was good. Buffalo chicken dip made with beer and cheese on top? So good. The crostinis were good, too, but there are not a lot of them, so you can put extra dip in each bite. I recommend.
Then, after the dip, we ordered the Lamb Quesadilla (Slow roasted lamb, red onions, spicy agave drizzle, spinach, and dill mozzarella topped with tomato-onion confetti. Served with a tzatziki dipping sauce). This was stunningly delicious. Even though the lamb is chopped up pretty good, you can still taste it's quality and it's flavor. It was really nice. The other stuff, though, kind of got lost in all the cheese, in my opinion. The meat and the cheese and that sauce was all good, so good, but I never saw agave drizzle or any sort of confetti. Either way. Still a good dish.
Overall, even though we lost, I still had a great time here. The atmosphere is great, the servers are really nice, and the food was surprisingly a lot of bang for your buck. I will be coming back here to try some of their other interesting menu items.
