2 years ago had a great purchase experience with the internet team, this dealer was my first choice for an additional purchase this past week. Unfortunately had a scheduled appt, brought out family -- but there was no viewable or drivable Jeep anywhere near what I am looking for. Rep was balancing 3 separate customers (despite me having an appt). I then called the rep I used 2 years ago, left a message and no return call (yet).

Too many other good options to purchase elsewhere to accommodate this level of sales execution.
