We stayed at the Krallerhof for the second time in autumn 2018. We booked through Jochen Schweizer.
From the booking to the arrival there was always reliable and friendly contact. Check-in was friendly and accommodating. Instead of being announced, the room was ready for occupancy not until 3 p.m., but at noon. Which surprised us very pleasantly. We could also use the lunch buffet.
The stay was fabulous through and through. The hotel is clean, modern and in a fantastic location. We'll be back for sure.
