I had a company vehicle ordered through this deale...

I had a company vehicle ordered through this dealership. Went to pick up vehicle, signed some forms and was informed my snow tires were installed and other tires were in the trunk. Was then given the keys with noone going over the vehicle with me, showing me features or anything. Go out to the vehicle and no snow tires were installed at all! Was told to call the service department to order tires and have them installed. Called them a few days later and set up an appointment was then told I needed to order tires through the parts department, who then told me it was done through service. After being transferred back and forth I had left my phone number with one of the service advisors who told me they would call me back immediately to help me out. Waited a few days and hadn't heard anything so I sent an email through the contact on the website. 3 more days went by and STILL NOTHING! Took my service elsewhere.
