Really bad knowledge on plans they offer when in to sign up for a business plan with a landline they signed me up for a regular plan was told my phone line would be down for no more than an hour it's now been over a month without a phone costing me thousands no help from anyone at Telstra because it wasn't set up as a business plan and absolutely nothing can be done until the phone line is active and as soon as it is i will be out of this contract and going to another carrier stay away very useless people.
