I've been a customer of Sierra Timberline for almost 20 years now. I've bought hot tubs, lawn furniture and propane gas stoves. It's always really nice to never have a problem with a purchase but it's ever better when the company stands by you when there's a problem with a purchase. Our most recent purchase of a propane gas stove had a complex problem and after almost rebuilding the insides with no resolve.........Sierra Timberline has invited us back to replace the stove with our choice stove even a brand change at no extra cost to us. Now that's customer service and it was done with a smile!
