I called Optima late in the afternoon, after spending about 4 hours on the phone with Microsoft remote tech "support." During this "support," Microsoft installed files on my computer that created more issues than when I first called them, and my computer was rendered unusable. Being a home business owner, I heavily rely on my computer, and was very upset. Optima generously offered to address my issues immediately, and within an hour and a half, fixed all Microsoft created problems and fixed multiple other issues, including ones that were on the hard drive. Their expertise, professionalism, courtesy, and very reasonable prices, were remarkable and commendable. I sincerely recommend Optima, and will only be using their services in the future.
