Very professional. Effectively diagnosed the problems with my humidifier and provided options of either repair or replace with cost estimate.

Updated: Technician came back per my request to replace the humidifier system and once again provided a friendly and professional service. He showed me what has been replaced and cleaned up after he finished. Furthermore, he talked to a manager and was able to give us a discount. I highly recommend Shavitz to anyone and will definitely use their service again.
