WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!
I will be writing lengthy letter to owner, Mr Chapman, since it won't all fit here, about this nightmare!!! You need different staff, maybe a few older people that are courteous and know what Customer Service is!!! I could educate your staff!! I couldn't even imagine treating my patients, their families or any of my staff the way your staff treated me!! Unbelievable!!! If anyone wants the full story just email me a request at scubagirl1957@ yahoo.com . I would suggest that NO ONE stay here until they find better staff and learn how to run a business!!
