I bought a 2012 Nissan Altima from here. They showed me the clear carfax report and even fixed something with the front wheel that was making the car not handle correctly the day after I bought it. They had told me they checked the brake pads and it had new oil, ect, so it had to be on a lift at some point. Well recently when my son was driving it, the front bumper fell off. It is 8 years old, so I figured the clips failed or something. The body shop guys got everything taken apart and called me to let me know that they had to do $200 more work on it because the bumper had been glued back on at some point. I certainly didn't glue it on, so it had to be like that when I bought it. I called the sales manager and they are not willing to do anything about it claiming there is no way they could have known. The car had to be on a lift to fix the front wheel and check the brake pads, which also had to be replaced soon after I bought the car. Buyer beware!!! Don't trust the carfax.
