From the moment I started to chat online with Jessica Pruett my experience with Paramount Kia was nothing but positive. She was as much help as she could possibly be in her role and then she referred me to Nelson Langley and he was very, very friendly and inviting. I truly felt like I was welcome not just as a customer but as a person. My wife and I had visited Paramount on Sunday and looked at the new and used cars. We found a 2013 Black Cherry Kia Sportage that my wife absolutely feel in love with. We went to meet Nelson on Tuesday evening and by 8:00 PM my wife and I were the proud owners of that Sportage. From the test drive on we never felt pressured to buy this or any other car on their lot. Nelson kept it simple, there was none of that mumbo jumbo sales pitch, there was never any fast and furious with the numbers. Just plain down home talk. We had one discrepancy about the sales price, I brought that up and within five minutes or less Nelson was back with the issue resolved. I felt like we were dealt with fairly and honestly at all times. We feel like we were given a fair and good price on the vehicle we purchased. This was the first "new" vehicle that my wife and I have ever purchased and she was so nervous that she was almost sick. Thanks to Nelson and one of the sales managers( for the life of me I can't remember his name) they kept her as calm as possible thru the approval and purchase process. When our loan was approved and we met with the sales manager to look at our options and sign all those many documents, he was so helpful and honest in response to our questions. We couldn't be happier with our new Kia Sportage and couldn't be happier with our experience at Paramount Kia. Wonderful, down home people. We will recommend them to anyone looking to buy a car, knowing that they will be treated fairly. Paramount Kia of Asheville
