Best experience I've had at a dealership. Service was courteous and prompt. Mr. Arnold walked me through the process of servicing my Ford Escape. The wait was short; however, the dealer has a restaurant inside and the waiting room is comfortable, ready for any possible setbacks. Will come back for further service!
