I never write reviews however I feel this company deserves it.
I have been with Rider for over 13 years. They have always had the best price and provide timely customer service.
I recently relocated temporarily for work and left my motorcycle home at my primary residence. While at my new location I witnessed a horrific motorcycle accident and decided that my 30+ years of riding are over. I wanted to sell my bike but in order to do that I had to ship it to myself. Once the bike arrived I promptly listed it for sale. Within 2 weeks of my bike being here, it was stolen. I was absolutely pissed as anyone would be. The police here were less than helpful in the investigation and I figured I would never see the bike again.
My second phone call was to Rider. I have always carried comprehensive insurance on all of my bikes. The agent was courteous and empathetic to my loss. Initially it appeared that I would not be reimbursed for my loss because the state I relocated to was not covered by Rider.
The claim process took some time as the police were very slow to respond to Rider. I am happy to say that Rider did the right thing and took care of me! In the end this company stood by me and helped offset a potentially significant loss. If you are reading this, do not hesitate to go with Rider! They did the right thing. Thank you Rider!!
