It was a wonderful experience working with Derek Hehn of A1 Mortgage. Derek made sure I understood every detail in every step of the refinance process. We would communicate on every aspect Sometimes when I did not quite understand he would talk the time to explain to me the details of the process. Derek is very patient and very detailed oriented and I feel that if I did not have him on my side I would have given up and would not have gotten the refinance for my home. Thanks you Derek for sticking with me every step of the way of the refinance. After the closing Derek still check in to see how it went.
