Worst finance company I have ever come across. Made a payment on my escrow to lower my monthly bill and because I did not pay the escrow in full they would not adjust my monthly payment. Lady said it is their policy and could not adjust the monthly payment. Talking with my lawyer and other banks to get out from this below average financial institute. If you have a choice do not use them save yourself the headache.
