General experience below expectations. The room wa...

General experience below expectations. The room was tidy and spacious but lacking of some details which should be provided by a 4-star hotel. Only 1 bottle of shower gel and shampoo for 2 people. No disposable slippers. No complementary water nor coffee. Receptionist not particularly kind.
