Went to the ER with mom. Wouldn't you know it!? There are masks, tissues, and sanitizer provided in the waiting area but NO ONE knows what to do with them. Security should have been present, instructing the sick ones to put them on do people with broken bones don't get the flu!
The ER staff was great at taking care of my mom though. For that I am grateful.
