Due to the Covid-19 my flight was cancelled from Australia we were coming for 2 and half months, June to 12th August 2020, I advised them of this situation but they did not want to help. Like I can jump on a plane when ever I like to come over. This is there response:

The reason we are unable to waive cancellation fees is because the government restrictions do not carry on to August.

I am not aware if hotel closure periods will carry to August as such I cannot provide a definitive answer as to whether we will waive fees in July.

Not happy, I would like to know if they would travel to a country which is riddled with the Covid-19 virus.. Karma will come your way sooner or later...
