Delivery delayed for one week. When spa was final...

Delivery delayed for one week. When spa was finally delivered, the guys did not have the tools to complete the install. Ordered 110v, they sent 220v. Delivery driver said that he would return in a couple of days and complete the install. That was 3 weeks ago. So one month after order (3 weeks after delivery and paid in full). I still don't have a working spa. Multiple calls have been met with excuse after excuse. Everything being blamed on virus and a lack of workers..... Ok if that is the case... stop selling new spas and service your existing customers. Total BS. Things happen... these are difficult times. But there is no excuse for a total lack of communication... Right now, feels like they stole my money. I have several other options and I went with them.... Huge mistake... Don't walk away from these guys... RUN!!!
