Had mixed feelings about our experience with Greg Young. I am giving this rating 5 stars because our sales person was AWESOME!!! Blake Snow was great and brought us out a truck that we loved. He was very helpful, knowledgeable and very customer service friendly. That was exactly the experience that we had hoped to have when buying a new truck. The finance guys are awful. At first I thought all finance guys are the same, but then the more I think about it, these guys were over the top. They were pushy and flat rude when you decided not to purchase their life insurance policy amongst many other unnecessary services. If you listen to them they would have you convinced that you are buying a brand new piece of junk. They lean back on the line that they want to "make sure you have the best experience" so they pitch you more than you want and will not let it go when you say no. Quite honestly we had the best customer service experience prior to walking into the finance office. All that said, I would recommend that you go to Greg Young, ask for Blake..... He made the experience great.
