Well assisting my grandmother to the hospital toda...

Well assisting my grandmother to the hospital today we had to go to the lab unit to drop off blood work we walked up to nobody at the front desk when the staff member Cheryl did come asked if we been help Obvious answer would be no considering she s walking to an empty front desk took the paper and ask us to win in the waiting room. About 20 mins passed because Daniel I believe her name was came and ask if we where help I then explained we have an appointment she said for drawing blood I said no she said then you free to go. In shock at this point for a wait unneeded I did say out loud I ll be leaving a review where many stuff in back began laughing however but nobody was at the front desk still. Danial was hope when my grandma ask for a copy of her papers she was very helpful. Jame the diroector then approached an ask if there are any concerns I let him know and he seem to be apologetic which I then felt a little acknowledged. This doesn t change the fact that she was later for her other appointment in the same building do to lack of communication. I could only imagine if my grandma was here by herself that she would ve been Just wondering around. Jeanne for the actual appointment was very help allowed my grandma to still see the doctor
