Nothing but problems with our front door they were supposed to be coming to fix it 3rd time,the door wasn't cheap,the last person that came asked if would like to change the design of door,,,NO we chose that one cos we liked it,yet again in all day waiting for a replacement front panel, if it had been done right in the first place we would not be here now,and guess what the person was coming between 1 and 5 ,we have just rang them and they want to ring back tomorrow, they arranged today's visit over a week ago.
We are at the stage where we will have that door out and get a different company to fit one,the house does not feel secure ,and I think we will be contacting trading standards, if we get broken into,or locked out it will be your fault entirely, Dunraven.
And what makes me laugh is they keep trying to sell us windows and a conservatory,, I DON'T THINK SO, DO YOU.
Do business close to home,this company operates from Wales and I don't think they will be coming back to Bristol now to do the job,its now 4:50, They also think we have nothing better to do all day but take time off from work.
