Honestly you will get a deal on the stuff that is in weekly ads but if it's not on sale everything is priced higher then an ordinary store not such in a prime downtown location which is why the new City target charges more then any other Normal target.

If your not part of the avg Median income in downtown that makes 100,000$ a year, you will shop here without holding back and realize you spent nearly double vs going to the stores you know have good prices year round. If your in the higher income bracket then it's all about sheer convenience which this store definitely is ^^
