I bought the YOGA710 laptop 18 months ago, I live in Argentina and in our country you doesn t even have a real customer support. Your company send me to TECHCOM SRL telling that you are not responsible for the attention there. You be just right, its a real shame the way they "work". They had mi computer form more that 20 days and they can't find how to fix the problem. They didn't even send me a cost or date to repair it. I will fix it when I travel to USA again. I had never thought that your company has some poor support for their customers outside USA, it's supposed to be an international support
