I get a monthly bill and every time I get it, I am told I won't be charged a certain fee. Each time I get my bill. It's magically there doubling the price of my already absurdly priced bill. Not to mention the bull charges they put on just about everything you can imagine. I have to call every month to have crap removed. Bunch of scam artists
