Waiter does not recognize you when you sit outside...

Waiter does not recognize you when you sit outside. After 10 minutes I asked to get a coffee. Another 20 minutes later I asked again to get a coffee. Finally it took 30 minutes and another time of asking to get a coffee. Poor service, worse organization. Now I know why this place was empty and others left without service...
