First time going today took my daughter to see Santa that part of the team was amazing couldn t fault them at all. Very helpful as my mum was in a wheelchair. We went over to the cafe and I was discrased with what I walked into, we asked if the sausage rolls was hot as they didn t look it and the women turned around and said to my mum well yeah they are hot as you can see there on a hot plate also heard her discuss how she s been working like a pig. Her customer service skills is terrible. The food wasn t edible at all looked as thought they had been there for over a week. And price they charge for the sausage rolls and cheese and onion potato pasties is terrible I wouldn t even feed that food to my dogs for scraps.
