Exponential Improvement! Even in the new-normal of COVID-19 Georgetown University Hospital has done an excellent job expediting triage for it's emergency room and safely admitting its new patients. As a non-covid patient with critical needs I have been safely well taken care of from triage to admittance.

From separating the initial contact area, having vital tests performed immediately in a quarantined environment
and increasing the numbers of compassionate and professional staff to handle the generational challenges of the pandemic, Georgetown has successfully stepped into the Breach.

As a former well cared for patient of JHU all I have to say is...
