I brought my M4 Competition here for some warranty work and was blown away by the level of customer service that my service advisor Branden provided.

Wasn't dismissive about warranty claims? Check.
Didn't dumb down the car talk with a car enthusiast? Check.
Called with updates on progress? Check.
Answered his direct line instead of sending to voicemail? Big check.

Everything was finished within their time estimates and I had no issue getting a loaner. I'm so impressed that I am considering buying an extended warranty from BMW MV if they hook me up with a good deal.
