I had to have an elliptical fixed. The guy came out and vharged me $120 just for coming out. He ordered the part needed. He told me i would same money by installing it myself. Which he showed me how to do it. We installed it. Still the thing did not work. So we called him again. Came out and charged us again $120. Said he had ordered the wrong part. Ordered another. Said that he could not guarrantee the previous job because we had installed the part. Well, why did he not tell me that from the beginning?? So we had to pay for the new part. We finaly spent more than $1000 on fixing our elliptical. He ordered the wrong part to start with. We were never compensated for that. And that part we installed functioned fine. We were very unhappy that they took no respnsiblity for the wrong part being ordered and 3 call out fees by the time that the second part was installed. Still now the eliiptical has no programs besides manual. We paid $1000 for that???!! We are very unhappy with their service. They should take respnsibility for their mistakes.
