I bought a car there about 1 week ago, Simon was great and answered all my question, the only reason why I m giving them 1 star it s because the finance lady who helped Sing the contract she was rude and careless, I don t remember her name but I felt very disrespected by her! It s our 3rd we buy from Honda Serramonte but after this bad experience with this finance lady, I ll make sure none of my family members step foot in this dealership ever again
