I've worked with Elevate Staffing now for almost 5 years (mostly on their Oculus program) and while things were a little rocky at the beginning with payroll, they have improved dramatically and are on the ball with communicating info regarding present or future events that I am working on their behalf.

In addition, they have provided me some amazing once in a lifetime opportunities where I have had the chance to travel around the world. I was blessed to go on a month long tour for their Oculus program across Asia: Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, and China. It's also allowed me the ability to get 10 YR China Business visa and now can stay for 3 months consecutively at a time. Tell me what other staffing company affords you these kind of opportunities; I'd wager that few if any do.

They also have some stellar staff on their team, especially on the Oculus side, namely Kim and Jerryn. I've worked with Jerryn for the past two years, and there is no one who will go to bat for you near as much as him as well as to give you constructive feedback on events. This is extremely helpful as it's easy to say job well done but another to show you how you can excel further and continue with self-empowerment to make you more confident in all areas of your life. He's also excellent with communicating to staff about the exact needs & what is expected of them so that there isn't any surprises down the road or after the event in regards to your evaluation.

So moral of the story: If you are looking for a great staffing company with plenty of upside potential and willing to put in hard work, be responsible, and be ready to show up (Always 15 min early, it get's noticed; trust me!); then Elevate Staffing is the perfect place for you!
