Poor costumer service!! Our company booked 2 rooms...

Poor costumer service!! Our company booked 2 rooms for 2 of us for a training in Melbourne. We checked in at 6:30pm and we were given 2 rooms that are not made up and the ironing board on top of the bed. We were really tired and we went downstairs to request another room that is already clean and ready. The person on the checkin counter was not apologetic and said he has no explanation for what happened. I was really disappointed as I am not expecting this kind of treatment from a 5 star hotel. We had to wait another 20 mins for our room to be ready.
